About the Role
As an HR Coordinator based in Bluffton, IN, you will serve as a vital support function for our HR Services team. This role is designed to ensure seamless talent acquisition administration, accurate transaction processing, and exceptional employee support. You will act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, utilizing systems like SAP CRM and SuccessFactors to provide guidance on HR policies and benefits.
Your day will involve managing a variety of critical tasks, from administering global HR transactions and tracking daily attendance to supporting onboarding and orientation efforts. You will also play a key role in maintaining up-to-date process documentation and knowledge articles, ensuring that regional HR processes are clearly communicated to the workforce. This position requires flexibility to support a 24/7 plant system, with shifts that may include evenings or early mornings.

Requirements
