The Total Rewards Manager is a strategic leader responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. This role plays a vital part in aligning our rewards strategy with our mission of exceptional patient care. You will serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare benefits administration while growing leadership in compensation strategy.
In this hybrid position (3 days on-site in Anaheim, CA, and 2 days remote), you will partner with brokers and insurance carriers to resolve eligibility and claims issues, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your day-to-day involves conducting benefits-related auditing and reporting, as well as planning and leading training initiatives such as open enrollment, new hire orientations, and benefits enhancements. You will guide annual merit increases, bonus programs, and executive compensation planning while ensuring compliance with California wage-hour laws and pay transparency mandates.
