About the Role
As the Total Rewards Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to HR & Talent Management, leading the design and execution of our compensation and benefits programs. This role exists to ensure our reward strategies not only support our business growth but also recognize and retain the passion of our teams. You will be the architect behind our pay-for-performance initiatives, utilizing data analytics to build structures that drive retention and equity.
In this position, you will move beyond administration to become a strategic advisor. You will partner with leaders across the organization to develop total rewards policies and communications that resonate with our culture. Your day will involve analyzing market data to benchmark our salary structures, managing complex vendor relationships for health and retirement plans, and ensuring our payroll coordination remains accurate and compliant. You will be the voice of total rewards, translating complex data into executive-ready insights that shape our future.
Hiring Process
- Initial screening call with HR to discuss background and role fit.
- Deep-dive interview with the HR & Talent Management team focusing on strategy and analytics.
- Presentation on a hypothetical total rewards challenge or market analysis.
- Final interview with senior leadership to discuss culture and vision.
- Offer and onboarding.
