US Payments turns technology shifts into scalable, controlled treasury solutions for clients across segments and industries. This role sits with the US Real-Time Payments (RTP) Product team at the intersection of data, risk, and commercial strategy. The team is dedicated to making faster, better decisions with clear evidence, operating in a regulated, high-stakes environment involving RTP, Digital Disbursements, Recipient Select, Pay by Bank, ACH, and Account Validation.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOwn repeatable competitive and market monitoring cadence for B2B and B2C payments
- check_circleTranslate findings into executive-ready visual insights on growth and risk posture
- check_circleRun structured voice of client capture to inform product discussions and risk data
- check_circleSupport requirements and controls documentation for operational readiness
- check_circleBuild and evolve performance dashboards including adoption and unit economics analysis
- check_circleDevelop and run risk routines to monitor exposure, limits, and emerging trends
- check_circleBuild and maintain business cases supporting prioritization decisions and outcome measurement
- check_circleMaintain internal and client-facing materials explaining product performance and risk controls
- check_circleDevelop and maintain marketing collateral for internal and client audiences
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree preferred
- verifiedExperience with treasury payments products
- verifiedExperience with analyzing and reporting business financials
- verifiedExperience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred
- verifiedExperience with AI tools preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and building repeatable reporting. Comfort using AI tools to accelerate research, summarization, and first-pass analysis. Experience creating dashboards/reports in Tableau. Bachelor's Degree. Some experience with treasury payments products. Experience of working in a large, global financial institution. Some experience with analyzing and reporting business financials.
