Join the team that powers the financial engine of Hinge Health's mission to help millions of people move beyond pain. As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in our Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle and general ledger operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial data that drives our business decisions. You will work within a dynamic, supportive accounting team to manage cash applications, support month-end closes, and maintain rigorous compliance standards—building a strong foundation for your career in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Your first three months will be dedicated to diving into our financial systems and processes, taking ownership of the daily cash application process. You will learn to accurately apply customer payments to invoices, identify discrepancies, and build relationships with the team by supporting basic month-end close tasks under guidance.
By your sixth month, you will expand your scope to managing and reconciling specific General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will become a key contributor to the month-end close, seamlessly executing your assigned tasks and proactively resolving payment discrepancies with customers to support healthy cash flow.
In your first year, you will act as a reliable owner for your designated accounting operations, including supporting external audits by gathering accurate documentation. You will embody our "Learn-it-all" principle by identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies in your workflows and assisting with the implementation of process enhancements.
