About the Role

The Senior Manager of Benefits and Claims is a crucial leadership position responsible for guiding two distinct teams: the Benefits team and the Claims team. This role ensures that benefits offerings are implemented and serviced effectively as part of the Company's total compensation program, while overseeing all aspects of claims programs—primarily workers' compensation and general liability—to mitigate risk and control costs. The position focuses on operational excellence, providing technical expertise, and management oversight while working closely with Company leadership to execute strategies and resolve issues impacting OSJL's benefits and claims programs.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily in a climate-controlled office environment. The position requires remaining stationary at a desk or computer workstation for extended periods and frequently using near vision for reading and computer tasks. A hybrid work option is available, requiring at least three days a week in the Corporate Office, though availability is subject to business needs and company policy.
