About the Role
The Infrastructure Engineering organization is seeking an accomplished Staff Network Engineer to lead our acquisition integration engineering practice. This pivotal role focuses on the end-to-end network infrastructure engineering lifecycle of integrating newly acquired businesses into Anduril's existing ecosystem. You will be instrumental in defining, executing, and maturing our network integration processes, from initial discovery and assessment through migration execution and hypercare.
This position demands a remarkable dynamic range. You will engage effectively with company founders and executives to produce network architecture and roadmaps, while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to perform hands-on engineering work. You will collaborate with stakeholder teams—including the M&A program team, Client Engineering, and Business Systems—to establish repeatable, benchmarked processes that undergo rigorous post-mortems and continuous improvement. A key part of your mission is identifying critical tooling gaps to expedite discovery, migration, and testing activities, either by building these tools yourself or scoping them for peers.

- verifiedAbility to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance
Nice to Have
Experience with network automation frameworks and principles. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies as applied to network operations. Experience with data center network design and operations. Experience in the defense technology or highly regulated industries with a strong network security focus.
