This combined leadership position serves as the strategic owner for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The role is dedicated to ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture across the entire database and platform ecosystem. By leveraging sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics, the incumbent will drive low incident rates and operational excellence.
You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, aligning technology initiatives with enterprise architecture standards. The role requires a hands-on approach to leading application support, managing critical P1 incidents, and overseeing patching, change management, and production releases. Whether coordinating during standard business hours or managing weekend outages, you will ensure the Kittyhawk ecosystem remains vital, compliant, and resilient.
You will partner closely with the Whittle DBA leader to synchronize solutions and engage with IT leadership, application teams, and business stakeholders.
