This combined leadership position serves as the strategic owner for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The role exists to ensure the highest standards of availability, performance, and security across the entire database and platform ecosystem. By leveraging sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics, the incumbent will drive a compliant cyber posture and minimize incident rates.
You will act as the primary liaison between technical execution and business goals, aligning technology initiatives with enterprise architecture standards. The day-to-day involves leading the database and application support teams through complex incidents, coordinating critical patching and release activities, and managing the strategic roadmap to keep the Kittyhawk environment vital and compliant with standards such as CMMC and SOX.
You will partner closely with the Whittle DBA leader to ensure solution synchronization and collaborate with IT leadership, application teams, and business stakeholders to provide transparency on risks and service improvements. This role is critical for maintaining the stability of the Kittyhawk ERP instance, requiring coordination across US hours and the ability to lead during outages and major technical upgrades.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard evaluation process including a review of technical proficiency in Oracle R12 and leadership experience. The process concludes with an offer contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and verification of U.S. Person status for export control compliance.
