This combined leadership role serves as the strategic guardian for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will define the vision for the database and platform landscape, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a robust cyber posture. The position exists to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, driving continuous improvement through sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and data-driven analytics.
In this role, you will lead the database and application support teams, coaching members to drive accountability and growth. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex Oracle R12 initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless synchronization with the broader Whittle DBA leadership. You will be the primary point of contact for P1 incidents, leading the response to outages and coordinating patching and release activities across all time zones. Beyond technical oversight, you will shape the vitality roadmap for Kittyhawk, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards such as CMMC and SOX while monitoring key performance indicators to minimize business impact.
