This combined leadership role serves as the strategic anchor for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will define the vision for our database and platform ecosystems, aligning technology initiatives with broader business goals and enterprise architecture standards. The position exists to ensure a compliant cyber posture, high availability, and low incident rates across our critical ERP landscape.
In this capacity, you will lead the database and application support teams, driving performance and accountability through sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating complex technical upgrades, managing P1 incidents, and coordinating production releases and patching activities. You will partner with senior leaders and vendors to select and manage the hardware and software that underpin our operations, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements such as CMMC and SOX.
