This combined leadership position serves as the strategic owner for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The role is dedicated to ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture across the entire database and platform ecosystem. By leveraging sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics, the incumbent will drive low incident rates and operational excellence.
You will act as the primary leader for application support, managing P1 incidents, coordinating patching activities, and overseeing change management and production releases. The role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership, ensuring that the Kittyhawk environment remains vital, compliant, and synchronized with broader enterprise architecture standards.

You will also partner with the Whittle DBA leader to ensure the synchronization of solutions across the organization.
