Our platform group is dedicated to maintaining the critical infrastructure that drives our operations, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. We foster a culture of professional development, challenging careers, and collaborative problem-solving, where technical excellence meets business impact.
This combined leadership role serves as the strategic guardian of the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The position exists to ensure a compliant cyber posture, high system availability, and low incident rates through sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics.
In this capacity, you will lead, coach, and develop database teams, driving performance and accountability. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the planning and delivery of Oracle and ERP initiatives, designing scalable and secure architectures, and managing vendor relationships. You will act as the primary leader for Kittyhawk application support, coordinating the resolution of P1 incidents, managing patching activities, and overseeing change management and production releases. Additionally, you will lead the technical roadmap for Kittyhawk and its bolt-ons, ensuring the system remains vital and compliant with standards such as CMMC and SOX.
Candidates for this role will undergo a structured evaluation process designed to assess technical depth, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to verify eligibility and experience, followed by technical discussions focused on Oracle R12 architecture and ERP support strategies. Final stages involve interviews with senior leadership to evaluate strategic alignment and team collaboration skills.
