This combined leadership role serves as the strategic anchor for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will be responsible for defining the vision for the database and platform landscape, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture. The position exists to drive the synchronization of technical solutions with business goals, overseeing the planning and delivery of Oracle and ERP initiatives with a focus on security, quality, and performance.
In this capacity, you will lead, coach, and develop database teams to foster accountability and continuous growth. Your day-to-day involves partnering with vendors, senior leaders, and the Whittle DBA leader to manage hardware, software, and services. You will oversee the full lifecycle of the Kittyhawk ecosystem, from leading P1 incident resolution and patching activities to managing change control and production releases. A key part of the role is ensuring the team remains vital and compliant with activities such as separation of duties, CMMC, and SOX, while monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
