This combined leadership role serves as the strategic anchor for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. You will be responsible for defining the vision for our database and platform ecosystems, ensuring they remain highly available, performant, and compliant with rigorous cyber security postures. The position exists to bridge the gap between technical database architecture and business continuity, driving optimization through sophisticated automation and integrated monitoring.
In this capacity, you will lead the application support function for Kittyhawk, coordinating P1 incident resolution, patching activities, and production releases. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the technical roadmap to keep the ERP instance vital and compliant with standards such as CMMC and SOX. You will partner with the Whittle DBA leader to synchronize solutions and engage with IT leadership to provide transparency on risks and service improvements. This role requires a leader who can coach teams, manage complex escalations, and ensure stability across both working hours and weekend shifts.
Candidates for this position will be evaluated based on their technical proficiency in Oracle R12, leadership experience, and ability to navigate complex ERP environments.
