About the Role
This combined leadership position serves as the strategic owner for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The role is dedicated to ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture across the entire database and platform ecosystem. By leveraging sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics, the incumbent will drive low incident rates and operational excellence.
You will act as the primary leader for application support, coordinating the resolution of critical P1 incidents, managing patching activities, and overseeing change management and production releases. The role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership, ensuring that the Kittyhawk environment remains vital, compliant, and aligned with broader business goals.
About the Team
You will partner with the Whittle DBA leader to synchronize solutions and collaborate with IT leadership, application teams, and business stakeholders. This role involves leading and coaching database teams to drive performance and accountability, while also managing contractor teams and fostering continuous professional growth. Hiring Process
This is a remote position. Eligibility for this role requires legal authorization to work in the U.S., as sponsorship for employment visas is not available. Requirements
