This combined leadership role serves as the strategic anchor for the Kittyhawk ERP ecosystem. You will define the vision for database and platform architectures, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a robust cyber posture. Beyond technical oversight, you will lead the application support function, coordinating rapid resolutions for P1 incidents and managing complex change activities across production and non-production environments.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating technical upgrades, leading compliance initiatives (including CMMC and SOX), and driving a roadmap that keeps the Kittyhawk environment vital and secure. You will partner with senior leaders, vendors, and the Whittle DBA team to synchronize solutions, while actively coaching and mentoring a diverse team of database professionals and contractors.
