About the Role
This combined leadership position serves as the strategic owner for the Kittyhawk ERP instance and its associated bolt-on applications. The role is dedicated to ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and a compliant cyber posture across the assigned database platforms. By leveraging sophisticated automation, integrated monitoring, and metric analytics, the incumbent will drive low incident rates and operational excellence.
You will act as the primary leader for application support, coordinating the resolution of critical P1 incidents, managing patching activities, and overseeing change management and production releases. The role requires a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership, ensuring that the Kittyhawk ecosystem remains vital, compliant, and aligned with broader business goals.
