The North America Partner Marketing team at Amazon Web Services (AWS) collaborates with top-tier Global System Integrator (GSI) and Multi-national SI/Consulting partners to develop and execute marketing strategies. Our mission is to align these strategies with partner sales objectives to generate AWS partner-led opportunities. We work across a complex ecosystem of stakeholders, including regional partner development managers, global counterparts, and product marketing teams, to amplify the unique value-add of our partners while driving adoption of AWS compute services.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business. As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will manage strategic marketing plans for 4-6 large System Integrator, Reseller, or Consulting partners. You will serve as the voice of our partners and customers to internal stakeholders, sharing best practices across regions and ensuring that joint value propositions effectively target Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
In this role, you will drive strategic, comprehensive marketing plans at the highest levels of the organization. You will partner closely with dedicated sales teams to design, develop, implement, and measure successful marketing programs that meet account objectives. Your day-to-day involves planning and delivering demand generation programs—including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing—to acquire new customers and maximize marketing funds. You will also manage outside vendors to execute Account-Based Marketing programs and broad-scale partner initiatives, ensuring rigorous tracking of accruals, spend, and reimbursement claims.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative marketing ideas and extensive analytic, data-driven experience. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities while handling multiple projects. Success in this position requires excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to build foundational marketing mechanisms while thinking big on behalf of our customers.
