The North America Partner Marketing team at AWS partners with top Global System Integrators (GSIs) and multi-national consulting firms to develop and execute marketing strategies that align directly with partner sales objectives. Our mission is to generate AWS partner-led opportunities by amplifying the unique value-add of our strategic allies. This team operates at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution, ensuring tight alignment between Partner Development Managers (PDMs), global counterparts, and the partners themselves.
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will serve as the strategic voice for our GSI and consulting partners within AWS. You will manage the strategic marketing plans for 4-6 large partners, driving awareness, creating demand, and generating revenue across North America. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing business where you will think big on behalf of our customers while building foundational marketing mechanisms.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with dedicated sales teams to design, develop, and measure high-impact, data-driven marketing programs. Your day-to-day involves defining annual joint marketing strategies, managing partner marketing budgets, and executing best-in-class co-marketing plans that drive the adoption of AWS compute services. You will act as a key stakeholder and business partner with Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership, participating in business reviews and providing ongoing updates to key stakeholders.
You will be expected to identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to market to with a joint value proposition for adopting AWS. This requires excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills as you engage with Product Marketing, Global & Regional Partner Marketing Teams, AWS Sponsorship Teams, and the Partner Sales and Solution Architect organization. Additionally, you will manage outside vendors to execute programs, including Account Based Marketing initiatives and broad-scale partner programs, ensuring we maximize marketing funds and acquire new customers.
