About the Role
As the Sr Manager for the MTAP Talent Initiative, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with McKesson's talent priorities. This position focuses on driving execution, improving processes, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable results. You will partner with HR and Program leadership to translate MTAP objectives into actionable plans that support enterprise talent priorities, while leading governance forums to ensure decisions are clear and aligned with strategic goals.
