About the Role
The Senior HR Generalist plays an integral role in talent management and recruiting for the Bank. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential and new employees, responsible for leading and creating a positive experience throughout the entire recruiting and onboarding process. You will partner with supervisors and managers to foster employee relations, lead the annual performance review process, and support broader Human Resources initiatives. Your work ensures that the Bank attracts, selects, and retains highly qualified candidates who can grow within the organization.

Requirements

- verifiedFull understanding and application of employment related laws
- verifiedProficient in MS Office applications
