About the Role
UnityPoint is seeking a Senior Epic Professional Billing & Claims Analyst to provide critical remote support during an active implementation and post-go-live period. This role is essential for maintaining continuity across billing operations, ensuring rapid issue resolution, and driving ongoing system improvements.
As a consultant, you will serve as a key resource for day-to-day billing-related tickets and production issues. Your work will span Charge Router workflows, claims processing, remittance, and payments. Beyond immediate support, you will assist with project-based optimization efforts and guide the team through Epic upgrades, including Nova Notes. You will also provide light mentoring to team members as needed to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with rural health billing / critical access (Method 2). Prior go-live or post-go-live stabilization experience. Exposure to Epic upgrades (Nova Notes).
