About the Role
The Applications Analyst III serves as a critical resource for lower-level analysts, working with little to no supervision to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives. This role goes beyond standard maintenance; it involves gathering business requirements, conducting needs assessments, and developing functional specifications to drive system evolution.
A day in the life includes mentoring Applications Analyst I, validating their work, and overseeing the installation and configuration of new applications. You will act as a bridge between clinical needs and technical solutions, interpreting user requirements to help clients move toward optimal outcomes. From coordinating end-user support and providing go-live assistance to analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements, this position is central to the stability and growth of our IT infrastructure.
Certification Requirement: This position requires Epic Reimbursement Contracts Administration certification in either Professional Billing or Hospital Billing, as the role supports both HB and PB Contract Management.

Requirements
