About the Role

The Data Analysis Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership, interpreting patterns and trends in available information to drive operational decision-making and policy formulation. This role exists to transform complex, high-volume data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements that maximize business performance.

In this position, you will build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to realize collaborative solutions. You will lead the analyst team, providing coaching and feedback while modeling the outcomes of potential business strategies. Your day-to-day involves applying statistical and predictive modeling to evaluate competitive performance, assess operational changes, and design new methodologies. By effectively communicating findings to leadership, you will help shape the future direction of the business.
