This Contract Data Analyst position is designed to bridge the gap between complex healthcare financial data and strategic negotiation outcomes. The role exists to ensure the health system maximizes revenue potential while maintaining strict compliance across a diverse portfolio of physician and hospital contracts.
You will serve as a critical partner in the contracting lifecycle, moving beyond simple data entry to actively shape financial projections and negotiation strategies. Your day-to-day involves deep collaboration with internal stakeholders and external payors to resolve disputes, audit financial performance, and refine the language of contracts. A significant portion of the work focuses on building and maintaining sophisticated contract projection models within the EPIC system, ensuring that financial expectations for managed care contracts remain accurate and actionable.
This is a W2-only contract role based in Tulsa, OK. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. The role requires a high degree of independence, as you will frequently navigate non-routine procedures under changing conditions while coordinating activities with other team members. You will interact regularly with individuals at the Director level and above, as well as healthcare professionals across the organization, requiring strong interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external relationships effectively.
Candidates must be prepared to obtain and maintain EPIC certification in assigned application modules as a condition of employment. Please note that this position is strictly limited to W2 applicants.
