The Manager, Medical Coding & Education serves as a critical leader within our Physician Group (LPG), guiding the coding education and reimbursement specialist teams. This role exists to strengthen documentation quality, ensure coding accuracy, and drive denial prevention strategies across the organization. You will partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, coding teams, revenue integrity, compliance, and information systems to support accurate claims reporting and optimized reimbursement.
In this position, you will translate complex regulatory guidance from agencies like CMS, AMA, and OIG into clear, actionable education for providers and operational leaders. Your day-to-day involves developing comprehensive education programs, analyzing trends in coding errors and claim denials, and collaborating with Information Systems to enhance Epic documentation tools. You will represent coding and documentation education in key committees and new service line planning initiatives, ensuring our teams are equipped to navigate a dynamic healthcare environment.
This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must reside in Florida to be considered for this role.

Education: Associates degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
