About Micron Technology

Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all. As a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions, we accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate, and advance faster than ever.

About the Role

As a Photolithography Engineer in Micron's R&D/Technology Development group, you will drive process module development for next-generation memory devices. This role exists to bridge the gap between advanced research and global manufacturing, ensuring that unit processes meet rigorous device requirements before technology transfer.

You will collaborate with Micron engineers, technology partners, and vendors to develop and integrate processes within multi-functional teams. Your day-to-day involves addressing process issues with manufacturing, optimizing cell yield, and driving continuous improvements in cycle time, redundancy, and cost. You will also perform advanced tasks such as material evaluations, reticle and layout development, process window analysis, and overlay optimization.

Hiring Process

Candidates are encouraged to use AI tools to enhance their resume and application materials, provided all information remains accurate and reflects true skills and experiences. Misuse of AI to fabricate qualifications will result in immediate disqualification.

For US sites, candidates requiring assistance with the application process or reasonable accommodations should contact Micron's People Organization at hrsupport_na@micron.com or 1-800-336-8918 (select option #3).

Equal Opportunity & Culture

Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, citizenship status, disability, protected veteran status, gender identity, or any other factor protected by applicable laws.

We are dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth, offering a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, and paid holidays. Micron prohibits the use of child labor and complies with all applicable labor standards. We do not charge candidates any recruitment fees.

Note: Job seekers should be cautious of unsolicited job offers and verify the authenticity of any communication by checking the official Micron careers website.
