This position serves as the strategic leader for Northwestern Mutual's Planning function, responsible for executing and socializing the overall planning strategy. The role acts as a business partner to the Change Management Office, leading communications, change frameworks, and adoption operating models for all new planning efforts. By utilizing an intentional release management approach, the incumbent ensures digital planning initiatives are positioned effectively across the enterprise.
The role exists to articulate the case for change and key messaging across network offices, advisors, and enterprise partners. It connects all efforts back to the long-term planning strategy while working cross-functionally with leaders of other enterprise initiatives to identify, monitor, and align impacts with the overall vision.
