The Opportunity: LIS Solution Analyst

The LIS Solution Analyst will play a pivotal role in establishing IT as a strategic business partner that understands core business strategy and improves processes and operations by leveraging technology. This position is responsible for the oversight of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) platform, spanning scoping, design, and build through deployment and ongoing evolution.

You will partner with customer experience, lab operations, billing, quality, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define solutions that align with desired business outcomes. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) laboratory landscape and how it translates into LIS technology. You will develop detailed solution delivery plans that outline the path to success in alignment with enterprise release timelines, overseeing LIS improvements and the evolution of technology to ensure successful production deployment in accordance with Hologic's enterprise change management process.

This position is based at Hologic's San Diego, CA office with occasional travel required.
