About the Role

As a Medical Technologist, you will be the backbone of our diagnostic capabilities, performing complex laboratory testing and analyzing results to drive patient outcomes. This role exists to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. You will collaborate closely with fellow lab professionals to uphold a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Your day-to-day involves managing the full lifecycle of patient specimens—from proper identification and processing to the operation and calibration of sophisticated analyzers. You will verify critical results, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure all activities are documented accurately in our laboratory information systems. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in mentoring new staff and students, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where best practices are shared.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates should submit their application with proof of ASCP or AMT certification (or eligibility within 12 months) and current or eligible Texas licensure.
