The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Cost Accounting serves as a strategic business partner within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. This position is designed to bridge the gap between technical accounting expertise and operational execution, ensuring the integrity of product costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls. As a key finance leader, you will drive profitability and support the company's long-term growth objectives by strengthening business processes and improving inventory accuracy.
You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, FP&A, Accounting, and IT teams. Your day-to-day impact involves translating complex operational activities into clear financial outcomes, influencing decision-making, and leading initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance and margin.
