The Senior Application Analyst serves as an expert-level support and configuration specialist for assigned applications, with a specific focus on supporting the enterprise Cardiology Imaging division. This role is designed to enhance operational efficiencies by bridging the gap between complex IT systems and clinical workflows.
In this position, you will act as a liaison between work teams and departments, facilitating meetings and delivering well-organized presentations to diverse stakeholders. A key component of the day-to-day responsibilities involves mentoring junior analysts and serving as a role model through both formal and informal training methods. You will work with customers at all organizational levels to deepen client relationships, set expectations, and deliver solutions that address critical patient and employee safety needs.
You will be expected to proactively manage and troubleshoot issues within related IT teams, engineer expert solutions for system problems, and oversee multiple large-scale projects across functional departments. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, evaluating new technologies, and partnering with team members to support a learning environment. Additionally, you will contribute to the department's mission by making recommendations regarding budget projections and ensuring that all services provided align with organizational goals.
Candidates selected for this position will be required to adhere to business professional work attire standards. Please note that employees may be required to be on-call during emergencies, such as disasters or severe weather events. The role may also require travel within the Houston Metropolitan area and potentially outside of it, depending on departmental needs.
