This position is a hybrid role requiring three days on-site at either our Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL locations. As an Integration Specialist, you will develop and support complex vendor integration solutions, guiding them through the full development lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation and support. You will serve as a technical expert, leveraging extensive Epic implementation experience to make recommendations that fit customer needs and deliver solutions in a timely, professional manner.
Your day-to-day involves designing technical specifications for complex, bi-directional interfaces, certifying new vendors to meet Quest requirements and regulatory standards, and providing Tier 3 support for production issues. You will also participate in innovation activities surrounding emerging technologies like FHIR, HL7 LRI guides, and Genomic Reporting, ensuring our integration engine reports are monitored to facilitate rapid resolution of problematic customer issues.
