We are seeking an EPIC Scheduling Optimization Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in developing, maintaining, and optimizing provider, resource, and departmental scheduling tools within the Epic platform. By managing templates and decision trees, you will ensure consistency, accuracy, and operational alignment across all departments, directly supporting access to care, productivity targets, and the overall patient experience.
You will collaborate closely with Ambulatory Services Division leadership, operations, project management, and IT teams. Your work will involve analyzing scheduling data to identify trends and recommending improvements, while also leading provider onboarding and offboarding projects. This position requires a passion for improving access operations through innovative, data-driven solutions and strong analytical skills.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and obtain Epic Cadence Certification within one year of hire. The role requires three years of direct experience working with Epic scheduling templates and decision tree configurations.

Background in continuous improvement efforts focused on build quality and turnaround time.
