About the Role
OhioHealth seeks a Senior Director of Epic Optimization and Transformation to lead enterprise Epic strategy across our 29 hospitals and 200+ sites. In this role, you will drive large-scale Epic implementations, enhancements, and workflow optimization to improve patient outcomes, clinician experience, and operational efficiency.
Partnering with clinical, operational, and IT leaders, you will establish governance, lead cross-functional teams, and oversee complex portfolios. You will represent OhioHealth in Epic and industry forums, staying current with best practices and new functionality while ensuring the Epic environment complies with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
