This position serves as a critical bridge between Quest Diagnostics and external vendors, focusing on the development and support of complex integration solutions. You will work through the full development life cycle—from analysis and design to implementation and support—ensuring that bi-directional and reverse interfaces meet both Quest's rigorous standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
As a key member of the team, you will leverage extensive Epic implementation experience to design technical solutions using proprietary tools and Integration Engine technologies. Your work will directly impact the reliability of production interfaces, requiring you to provide Tier 3 support for complex issues and facilitate rapid resolution for customers. Beyond daily operations, you will participate in innovation activities, supporting emerging technologies such as FHIR, HL7 LRI guides, and Genomic Reporting to keep Quest at the forefront of laboratory connectivity.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days on-site at either the Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL location. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to Quest Diagnostics' mission, values, and standards.

Ability to learn emerging technologies and eagerness to continuously increase and improve skill set. 5+ years experience in Health Care industry and/or clinical information systems support. Proficient with multiple LIS platforms that are currently deployed at Quest Diagnostics. Solid understanding of support tools, processes, and environment, including call tracking software (i.e. Service Manager) Quanum, Interfaces, and HL7.
