About the Role

The Applications Analyst II serves as a vital bridge between business strategy and technology execution within the Revenue Business Systems department. As a business specialist and technology generalist, this role is dedicated to proactively identifying opportunities to enhance business processes through strategic technology application. You will function as a technical liaison and broker of services, advising stakeholders on the functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements of information systems.

This position requires a forward-thinking professional capable of understanding complex business problems while aligning them with IT strategies and priorities. You will work closely with customer management and IT personnel to build credibility and effective working relationships, ensuring that technology solutions drive organizational goals.

About the Team

As part of the Revenue Business Systems team, you will focus on the Epic Cadence application. Success in this role involves navigating cross-functional environments to plan and implement multiple projects. You will collaborate with internal personnel, contractors, and vendors to organize and execute projects from vision through implementation, utilizing tools and techniques to effect meaningful business change.

Hiring Process & Certification

Candidates selected for this role must be prepared to complete Epic's certification program within 6 weeks of finishing the last required class for the supported application. This ensures immediate alignment with the specific technical standards required for the Epic Cadence environment.
