This mission-critical position serves as the frontline support for the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA), operating within both academic and clinical environments. The role is dedicated to maintaining the security and integrity of UT San Antonio's infrastructure in compliance with Texas EO-GA-48 standards.
You will function as a Tier One and select Tier Two support specialist, responsible for the initial troubleshooting of hardware, service requests, and clinical software issues. Your work involves triaging problems and escalating complex matters to the appropriate academic or clinical application teams while actively monitoring and updating the UTHSCSA ticketing system. This position is designed to ensure seamless operations for the MSRH team, requiring a shift schedule of Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
