The IT Network Administrator serves as the primary technical resource for PermiaCare's network infrastructure, ensuring the operational reliability of switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and connectivity systems. This role is critical for maintaining network performance, coordinating with Internet Service Providers, and resolving network-related incidents. The position operates independently under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings, and plays a key part in shared IT support responsibilities alongside VOIP, surveillance, and physical access control technologies.
This position is based in Midland with a hybrid work model requiring time in both office and field settings. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though a flexible work schedule may be required. A valid Texas driver's license, auto liability insurance, and an acceptable driving record are mandatory, as driving and travel are essential functions of the job.
