About the Role

As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 network security problems, troubleshooting complex incidents and responding to IT service management alerts to resolve major issues. Your focus will be on designing and implementing automation to create efficiencies while managing the security tools and infrastructure that support our network security posture.

In this role, you will utilize network traffic metrics to identify problems and avoid production network impact. You will guide and mentor junior team members while applying Agile methodologies to your daily work. The position involves deep engagement with network security appliances, encryption methods, and web protocols to secure data and address security issues using knowledge of attack methods and countermeasures.
