About the Team

At Apple's Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organisation, we use technologies to help deliver the best user experience for our customers. We are looking to hire extraordinary individuals with superb communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams to join our Enterprise Reliability and Implementation team. This team delivers Apple services to all its customers around the world.

About the Role

The Network Quality Engineer – Enterprise Network Quality Infrastructure Services role, based in Bangalore, focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Apple's enterprise network across the EMEIA region. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps build the Apple experience on a global scale.

In this position, you will support and enhance large-scale network environments, contributing to the design and implementation of secure, scalable solutions for remote offices. You will collaborate with global teams on next-generation infrastructure initiatives, handling complex incident escalations and driving the troubleshooting and resolution of network issues. The role involves supporting performance optimization and infrastructure upgrades, maintaining documentation and standards, and working across multi-vendor technologies. You will leverage automation, monitoring, and scripting to improve operational efficiency in a fast-paced global environment.

You should be a self-starter, motivated, with a positive and flexible approach to problems, and able to thrive in a tight deadline delivery timeline. Your work will engage in the future design of next-generation network infrastructure to ensure capabilities exceed existing business requirements with a long-term vision. You will participate in designing network remote edge office locations spanning EMEIA, ranging from sales offices to engineering locations, assessing business requirements and translating them into functional designs.
