About the Role

The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional responsible for leading and supporting the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. This role acts as a critical bridge between functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth.

You will be accountable for leading and executing application design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional applications, ensuring end-to-end integration and adherence to governance standards across the systems landscape. Operating with minimal supervision, you will guide and mentor more junior team members while performing and overseeing testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing production support. The goal is to ensure the stable, high-quality, and timely delivery of solutions that meet complex business outcomes.
