The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution. In this capacity, you will lead and support the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. The role is critical for ensuring solutions are architected for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth.
You will operate with minimal supervision while guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your day-to-day involves executing application design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional applications. You will oversee testing, quality assurance, and ongoing production support to ensure stable, high-quality, and timely delivery of solutions across the systems landscape. This position requires strong experience delivering large and complex enterprise-scale applications, with a preference for SAP environments.

SAP experience. Solid hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno-functional capacity. Deep knowledge of one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance, etc.). Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting (e.g., ABAP for SAP) for application customization. Experience with various pipelines.
