This role is critical for leading the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will ensure solutions are architected for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth while operating with minimal supervision. A key part of your day involves guiding and mentoring junior team members, overseeing testing and quality assurance, and driving the configuration and maintenance of cross-functional applications across the systems landscape.
Candidates are invited to apply directly through the Cargill careers portal. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by interviews with hiring managers and technical peers to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit.
