The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution. This role is critical for leading the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will ensure solutions are built for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth, operating with minimal supervision while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
In this position, you will act as a key connector within multi-functional global teams, collaborating with business partners, technical peers, and vendors. Your day-to-day involves driving complex application configurations, overseeing testing and quality assurance, and managing incident prioritization to maintain system stability. You will play a vital role in ensuring end-to-end integration and adherence to governance standards across the systems landscape, delivering high-quality solutions that meet evolving business outcomes.

SAP experience; Solid hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno-functional capacity; Deep knowledge of one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance, etc.); Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting (e.g., ABAP for SAP); Experience with data migration strategies and large-scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes.
