Business analysts are the drivers of our continued growth and success. In this role, you will help guide our organization to the future by seeking, developing, and implementing strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. You will serve as a thoughtful leader for technical business processes, focusing on Finance ERP operations across various business units.
Your day will involve researching progressive systems solutions, evaluating their impacts, and designing better processes to overcome deficiencies. You will partner with stakeholders across Business Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to develop analysis and documentation. From conducting daily systems analytics to troubleshooting problems, you will ensure maximum usability and transparent communication at all levels. This role is ideal for a detailed planner and expert communicator who can simplify complex business problems into manageable solutions.
