About the Role

This leadership role serves as the bridge between our Security Master (SMF) platform and our clients, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to our in-house solutions. You will act as the end-to-end data management subject matter expert, engaging directly with clients to scope requirements, facilitate conversion extracts, and configure environments.

Your day will involve orchestrating complex conversion events, including dry runs and go-live activities, while collaborating across various business units and time zones. You will lead the delivery of data mapping specifications and drive the reference data management lifecycle from requirements analysis through maintenance. As the primary client-facing contact for conversion activities, you will provide solutioning support and decision-making guidance, ensuring that deliverables meet critical milestones. This position requires flexibility to support weekend and off-hours activities during key project phases and may involve occasional travel for global team onsite visits.
