About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a private equity-backed organization in Dallas, Texas. In this high-growth setting, the accounting team supports multiple entities, offering the ideal candidate broad exposure to complex accounting matters and regular interaction with business leaders. This role is designed for someone who brings a hands-on approach to monthly close activities and sound technical accounting knowledge, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
As the company continues to expand, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening core processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, to resolve accounting issues and improve information flow. Your work will directly contribute to special projects tied to business expansion, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives affecting the accounting function.

Requirements
- verifiedAudit experience in public accounting or significant audit-focused responsibilities
- verifiedAt least 2 years of accounting experience in an industry environment
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of month-end close, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- verifiedUnderstanding of GAAP and ability to apply accounting principles in a multi-entity structure
- verifiedExperience managing financial data in a fast-paced or changing business environment
- verifiedBackground in private equity-backed, high-growth, or similarly complex organizations
Nice to Have
