About the Role
We have an immediate opportunity to join our growing company as a Surgical Associate in the San Jose area of California. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven, motivated candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to produce results in an expanding market. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
In this role, you will partner with the Territory Manager/Surgical Consultant to plan, direct, and coordinate the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker and biologic products. You will serve as a key educational resource for doctors, nurses, and staff, informing them on the proper use, maintenance, and functionality of our products. Following extensive training, you will tailor promotional messages based on customer needs, advise on product selection, and distinguish Stryker products from competitors.
Your day-to-day activities will include assisting with product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings, managing sample inventory, and solving product problems for customers expeditiously. You may also assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. Success in this role requires the ability to manage varying and scheduled tasks, analyze territory market potential, and prioritize call patterns accordingly.
